“Great Terminal of Istanbul”, publicly known as “Esenler Bus Station”, is the largest bus terminal in Turkey and Europe, the third largest and busiest in the world. This long term photography project is based on a place that will not be longer in a few years, but has many stories inside, reflection of which needs to be left for the future. The pictures are not simply the effort of documenting a disappearing place. I became part of this place, lived the atmosphere, experienced people’s lifes that are travelling and working there.
